Not sure why but it's fixed the problem so far. I got a tip to try opening it differently, so my mind went to running as Administrator (right click desktop icon > Run as Administrator). I'm on Windows 7 and I had a problem where it would do the white rectangle if I kept it windowed, and it would move to the bottom left corner after I full screened. (#spoiler) = neat!
